The Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Municipal Planning Commission jointly issued the "Notice on Regulating the Construction and Management of High-quality Commercial Residential Projects".
The notice proposes high-standard commercial residential construction requirements, including minimum quality requirements and competitive high-quality residential construction plans (building quality). The minimum quality requirements are two-star green building standards, prefabricated buildings with an assembly rate of 60%, and solar photovoltaic or solar thermal systems; and put forward solar photovoltaic or solar thermal implementation standards: Residential buildings should comply with the "Residential Building Energy Conservation Design Standards" "(DB11/891-2020), public buildings should comply with current standards such as "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings" (DB11/687-2015).
